Beyond the Box.

Positioning one's self for success is something that is very important for achievement in this world. I have been in many situations where positioning has been the key to my success. However, a lot of people come across these perfect positions and fail to act upon these opportunities that have been set in front of them for the taking. You must sacrifice your insecurities to achieve something that is great. You must step out of your way and reach; always reach further than you think, so that you can fully grasp the opportunities that you have been given. To achieve these certain positions, you cannot think that they will come upon you and be given to you. As Durward Owen once said, “the harder you work, the luckier you get.” This is obviously a play on the word “lucky,” meaning that the harder you work, the greater the opportunities that become available. I seek to open these doors with every organization where I am involved.
